The Captain Aetos app and captainaetos.com are provided by Nsr Elmtagr for Digital Marketing LLC, an Egyptian company, commercial register 11501, Ismailia Investment.
By using the app or the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
2 · What the app does
Captain Aetos is a decision helper. It reads what the ride app shows on screen and displays a verdict by the rules you set.
The app never taps a button, never accepts, rejects or negotiates for you. Every decision on every request is yours and your responsibility.
3 · Limits of the verdict
The verdict is guidance based on your rules and on what the screen shows. It can misread, arrive late or not appear.
We guarantee no income, profit or number of requests. The free tools on this site work with the numbers you enter and their results are estimates.
4 · Ride-hailing apps
Captain Aetos is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any ride-hailing company. App names and logos belong to their owners.
Your use of ride apps is governed by their own terms. Their policies are set by their owners and we do not control them. It is your responsibility to follow the terms of the app you drive with.
5 · Drive safely
Do not read the screen while driving in a way that puts you or others at risk. Keep the phone on a mount and follow the traffic laws where you drive.
6 · Subscription and payment
The trial gives every feature free for 7 days. After that the monthly subscription runs through Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancel any time in your Google Play subscriptions and keep the features until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Google Play policy.
We may change the price or features in future. Any change to your subscription price reaches you through Google Play before it applies.
7 · Allowed use
Don't copy, decompile or work around the licence or the free plan, or use the app to harm anyone.
We may stop the licence of a device that breaks these terms.
8 · Liability
The app and the site are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from a decision you made on a request or from a ride app stopping or changing.
Nothing in these terms removes a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.
9 · Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
