What you really keep from a fare after fuel, commission and the pickup drive
How it is worked out
Take-home = fare − fuel cost − commission − wear
- Whole distance = pickup distance + trip distance
- Fuel cost = whole distance × consumption ÷ 100 × fuel price
- Commission = fare × rate ÷ 100
- Per km = take-home ÷ whole distance

Why enter the pickup distance?
You burn fuel to reach the rider and nobody pays for that distance, so the calculator adds pickup and trip and prices the fuel on the whole distance.
How do I know my car's consumption?
Fill the tank to the top and note the odometer. Next time, fill it again, divide the litres by the kilometres you drove and multiply by 100.
Are the fuel prices current?
The presets are the latest official Egypt prices, in force since 10 March 2026 and last checked 29 September 2026. You can change the price in the field if it moves.
