How it is worked out
Commission per day = average fare × trips × rate ÷ 100
- Per month = per day × working days in the month
- Per year = per month × 12
- Difference = commission at the first rate − commission at the second rate
Where do I find my commission rate?
On the earnings or wallet page of the ride app. Or divide what the app deducted in a week by the total fares that week and multiply by 100.
Why don't you list each app's rate?
Rates differ by app, city and offer, and they change. We don't publish a number without a source, so enter the rate you see in your account.
Is commission on the whole fare?
In most apps, yes. So every pound of the fare pays its share, including the part that covers the pickup drive.
