Minimum price per km calculator
The price that covers fuel, wear and commission and leaves the profit you want on every km
How it is worked out
Minimum price per km = (fuel per km + wear per km + profit you want per km) ÷ (1 − commission ÷ 100)
- Fuel per km = consumption ÷ 100 × fuel price
- Divided by (1 − commission) because the app takes its share of the whole fare
- The price is on the whole distance, from where you are to the drop-off, because the pickup is part of your cost
- Trip price = minimum per km × (pickup + trip)

Why the whole distance and not just the trip?
You pay for the pickup drive yourself. Priced on the trip alone, every far pickup eats your profit without you noticing.
What profit per km should I enter?
The number that makes your day worth it. Try one and watch the trip price in the example. If it looks above your city's market, try a lower one.
Where do I use the result?
Enter it as the price per km in your Captain Aetos rules. The app multiplies it by the whole distance on every request and tells you if the fare covers it.
